Durée : 1 h 30. Barème sur 20.
Exercice 1 (5 pts)
Résoudre dans \(\mathbb{R}\) :
- \(\ln(x+2) + \ln(x-1) = \ln 4\) (3 pts)
- \(\ln^2 x - 4\ln x + 3 = 0\) (2 pts)
Correction
- Condition : \(x > 1\) ; \((x+2)(x-1) = 4\) donne \(x^2 + x - 6 = 0\) : \(x = 2\) (on rejette \(-3\)).
- \(X = \ln x\) : \(X = 1\) ou \(X = 3\), donc \(x = e\) ou \(x = e^3\).
Exercice 2 (5 pts)
Calculer :
- \(\displaystyle\lim_{x\to+\infty}\left(\ln x - x\right)\) (2{,}5 pts)
- \(\displaystyle\lim_{x\to0^+}x^2\ln x\) (2{,}5 pts)
Correction
- \(\ln x - x = x\left(\dfrac{\ln x}{x} - 1\right) \to -\infty\).
- \(0\) (croissances comparées).
Exercice 3 (6 pts)
Soit \(f(x) = x - 2\ln x\) sur \(]0\,;+\infty[\).
- Calculer \(f'(x)\) et étudier son signe. (3 pts)
- Dresser le tableau de variations et donner le minimum. (3 pts)
Correction
- \(f'(x) = 1 - \dfrac2x = \dfrac{x-2}{x}\) : négative sur \(]0\,;2[\), positive après.
- Minimum \(f(2) = 2 - 2\ln 2\) ; limites \(+\infty\) aux deux bornes.
Exercice 4 (4 pts)
Calculer \(\displaystyle\int_1^e \frac{dx}{x}\) et \(\displaystyle\int_1^e \ln x\,dx\).
Correction
\(\left[\ln x\right]_1^e = 1\) ; par parties, \(\left[x\ln x - x\right]_1^e = 0 - (-1) = 1\).
