Exercice 1
Résoudre dans \(\mathbb{R}\) : \(\ln(x - 1) + \ln(x + 1) = \ln 3\), puis \(\ln(2x - 1)\le\ln(x + 2)\).
Correction
- Domaine \(x > 1\) : \(x^2 - 1 = 3\), \(x = 2\).
- Domaine \(x > \frac12\) : \(2x - 1\le x + 2\Leftrightarrow x\le3\). \(S = ]\frac12 ; 3]\).
Exercice 2
Résoudre \((\ln x)^2 - 3\ln x + 2 = 0\).
Correction
\(X = \ln x\) : \(X = 1\) ou \(X = 2\), soit \(x = e\) ou \(x = e^2\).
Exercice 3
Calculer : \(\lim_{x\to+\infty}(x - \ln x)\), \(\lim_{x\to0^+}x(\ln x)^2\), \(\lim_{x\to0}\frac{\ln(1 + 3x)}{x}\).
Correction
\(x(1 - \frac{\ln x}{x})\to+\infty\). Avec \(t = \sqrt x\) : \(x(\ln x)^2 = (2t\ln t)^2\to0\). \(3\cdot\frac{\ln(1 + 3x)}{3x}\to3\).
Exercice 4
Calculer les dérivées de \(f(x) = \ln(x^2 + 1)\), \(g(x) = \frac{\ln x}{x}\), \(h(x) = \ln\left|\frac{x - 1}{x + 1}\right|\).
Correction
\(f' = \frac{2x}{x^2 + 1}\). \(g' = \frac{1 - \ln x}{x^2}\). \(h' = \frac{1}{x - 1} - \frac{1}{x + 1} = \frac{2}{x^2 - 1}\).
Exercice 5
Montrer que pour tout \(x > 0\) : \(\ln x\le x - 1\).
Correction
\(\varphi(x) = x - 1 - \ln x\), \(\varphi'(x) = \frac{x - 1}{x}\) : minimum \(\varphi(1) = 0\), donc \(\varphi\ge0\).
