Exercice 1
Calculer : \(\lim_{x\to+\infty}\frac{3x^2 - x}{x^2 + 2}\), \(\lim_{x\to-\infty}(2x^3 - x)\), \(\lim_{x\to2}\frac{x^2 - 4}{x - 2}\).
Correction
\(3\) ; \(-\infty\) ; \(4\).
Exercice 2
Soit \(f(x) = \frac{x^2 - 1}{x + 1}\) pour \(x\neq-1\) et \(f(-1) = m\). Déterminer \(m\) pour que \(f\) soit continue en \(-1\).
Correction
\(f(x) = x - 1\to-2\) : \(m = -2\).
Exercice 3
Montrer que l'équation \(x^3 + x - 3 = 0\) admet une unique solution dans \(]1 ; 2[\).
Correction
\(g(x) = x^3 + x - 3\), \(g'(x) = 3x^2 + 1 > 0\), \(g(1) = -1 < 0\), \(g(2) = 7 > 0\).
Exercice 4
Calculer \(\lim_{x\to+\infty}(\sqrt{x + 4} - \sqrt{x})\).
Correction
\(\frac{4}{\sqrt{x + 4} + \sqrt x}\to0\).
